Noel Ramey, age 40, of Spokane, WA went with the Lord Thursday, March 10, 2011 in his home. Born in Phoenix, AZ December 31, 1970, to Barry and Krystine Ramey. Noel while a young child was his mother's greatest help in taking care of his younger sisters.
Noel joined the Army National Guard in 2003. During his eight years serving in the Guard, he did two tours in Iraq, achieving a number of medals and ribbons including, Combat Medical Badge and the National Defense Service Medal. If Noel were still with us, he would have gladly gone back to war for his country.
