Dariek's dedication and passion to help others inspired him to serve with the U.S. Army for the past 5 ½ years. While serving overseas, he met and married his wife, Mannylyn of 2 ½ years. Dariek was proud to be a soldier and found direction in serving his country. He strongly believed in the job he was doing and unselfishly made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. We will always remember Dariek for his awesome sense of humor and contagious smile. He was compassionate and caring and always wore his heart on his sleeve. Dariek cared very much for his entire family and especially loved spending time playing with his many nieces and nephews. Dariek had many passions in life, including the outdoors, sports, helping his father, Dave, work on project cars, and spending time with the people he cared about the most.
